Sonography don’t use X-ray,butwhich are able to make doctors see the inner of the human body. ultrasound scanning creates a clear and detailed picture of internal soft tissues, but X-rays can only record bones. this is not the same as sonography.Sonography is more safe,beacause of no using of radiation.it is healthier and safer treatment,Sonography is our best choice of treatment,Unlike radiology, This greatly reduces the risk of harmful side effects for patients and technicians.
